TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow with greenish reflections, of beautiful brightness. The nose reveals the typical hydrocarbon and mineral scents, with a fresh fruity note in youth. In tasting it is vertical, sapid, and expresses the marked acidity typical of the vine, which gives freshness and infinite persistence.

PAIRINGS
Excellent with fish courses, especially molluscs and crustaceans, it also goes well with white meats and goat cheeses.

LANGHE RIESLING DOC 2017 – MASSOLINO (TAPPO STELVIN): WHY WE LIKE IT
The Langhe Riesling DOC 2017 is the latest in Massolino. It is a wine produced with 100% Riesling grapes grown in a vineyard at over 600 meters in the municipality of Monforte d’Alba, perfect for enhancing the aromas and the typical freshness of the noble berry. It is vinified in steel, where it remains on fermentation yeasts for between 8 and 10 months, to then be decanted and bottled. A very pleasant white that meets the strength and structure given by the Langa hills: intense and versatile when young, it is certainly suitable for long aging.
